Payment

You may pay by credit card, bank transfer (IBAN BE31 6792 0047 5455, BIC PCHQBEBB) or in cash
Tickets must be paid for within ten days after booking and at the latest the day before the performance
We do not exchange or refund tickets
Online booking fee: €3 per seat (€1 for the Concertini and the Satellites).

Ticket collection

Tickets must be picked up at least 15 minutes before the performance.
Mailing fee: €2 (€6 for more than 5 tickets or for mailing abroad).

Loss of tickets

For a charge of €3 a duplicate will be issued up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the performance.

Date changes

Tickets will be exchanged based on availability. A fee of €3 per ticket will be applied.
