Concertini 2021-22

Presentation

The lunch-time concerts at La Monnaie are off to a new start!

In October the focus is on two opera productions – Lulu (Alban Berg) and concert performances of De Kinderen der Zee (Lodewijk Mortelmans). Tying in with this repertoire, La Monnaie musicians will be performing programmes with a Belgian flavour or works by Schoenberg, Webern and Berg, often alongside ‘classics’ from the chamber music repertoire – Franz Schubert, Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms and others.
