Au Monde

In a huge apartment in a twilight atmosphere, an old man, rich and powerful through the large international companies he has developed, yet in a weakened physical state, is getting ready to hand over the responsibility for his businesses. Surrounded by his nearest family, notably his young daughters, he is awaiting the return of his youngest son who, after several years spent in the army where he achieved a high rank, has decided, to everyone’s surprise, to dream up a new future for himself, without being too sure what shape it will take. A son, moreover, who is gradually losing his sight and whose inner world continues to reveal itself in all its complexity.
